Rock Squirrel
Rock squirrels are one of the largest members of the Scuridae family, growing to nearly a foot in length, not including their long, bushy tails which are nearly as long as their bodies. They are nearly always found in rocky areas such as cliffs, canyon walls, and boulder piles. Rock squirrels can be found at the south rim of the Grand Canyon.
